Santa Monica Hand Therapy provides comprehensive upper extremity rehabilitation and specialized hand therapy to patients of all ages and conditions involving the shoulder, elbow wrist and hand. These diagnoses include but are not limited to:
- Fractures
- Soft tissue trauma or lacerations, including post-surgical tendons, nerves, and ligaments repair
- Chronic conditions such as arthritis and neurological problems involving the upper extremity
- Tendinitis and tendinosis due to sports injuries or repetitive stress injuries.
- Acute and chronic pain conditions, including RSD or CRPS
- Nerve compression syndromes or neuropathies due to upper extremity overuse, poor posture, or poor ergonomics
